The Nittany Pride is the student-run newspaper of Penn State New Kensington, providing students from all academic disciplines with hands-on experience in print and online journalism. As a recognized student organization, it offers opportunities to develop writing, editing, and media production skills while covering campus and community news.
While Communications faculty serve as advisors, students make all editorial decisions and oversee the newspaper’s operations—gaining real-world journalism experience in the process.
